1. Eligibility

To register and use the m999b platform you must be at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that you are an adult and that the use of online betting and casino platforms is permitted under the laws applicable to your situation. m999b does not accept registrations from individuals who are under the legal age for gambling in their jurisdiction.

m999b reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. If you are unable to verify that you are 18 or older when asked, your account may be restricted or closed and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation. Age verification is taken seriously and is not a formality.

2. Account Registration

Each user may hold only one active account on m999b. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under a different name, email address or phone number — are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are detected, m999b may close all associated accounts, void any winnings from those accounts and block the relevant payment methods.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, a valid email address and a mobile number that you own and have access to. Providing false information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage is a breach of these terms.

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. m999b staff will never ask for your password — any message requesting your login details is not from m999b. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately and change your password.

3. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on m999b are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to your deposits or balance. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed on the Deposit page.

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically credit to your m999b balance within seconds of the transaction completing on your mobile wallet. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing time. If a deposit does not credit within the expected time, contact m999b support with your payment reference number.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• m999b does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made to the platform are intended for use on m999b games and betting markets. Using m999b as a transfer intermediary is not permitted.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible. You cannot withdraw to a payment account that is not registered in your name. m999b does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods that were not used to fund the account.

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes listed on the Deposit page for each method. VIP account holders may benefit from faster processing times. Withdrawal requests submitted during periods of high volume may take slightly longer but will be processed in order.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and vary by method.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time requirement.
• If a bonus was active on your account, any associated wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
• m999b reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that follow patterns indicative of fraud or exploitation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

m999b offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback and PSL season specials. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are stated on the relevant offer page. The general rules below apply to all m999b bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The required wagering amount and eligible games are specified on each promotion's terms page.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while one is already active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period after which unused bonus funds and associated requirements are removed from the account. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

6. Sports Betting Rules

All bets placed on m999b are governed by the rules displayed for each market and sport. In cases where a rule is not explicitly stated for a specific market, general sports betting standards apply. Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 International and bilateral series — follow ICC standard match conditions unless the specific market description states otherwise.

• Bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or reversed by the customer.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or interruption, settlement rules for affected markets are applied according to the sport-specific rules displayed in the relevant betting section.
• m999b reserves the right to void any bet if it was placed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, data feed failure or human error. Affected customers will be notified and the staked amount returned to their balance.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event and per account. These limits are visible before a bet is confirmed.
• Accounts that show evidence of matched betting, arbitrage or systematic exploitation of odds errors may have their maximum stake limits reduced or their accounts reviewed.

7. Casino Rules

Casino games on m999b — including live dealer games, slots, crash games and table games — are operated using certified game software from established providers. RNG games use independently tested random number generators. Live casino games are operated by professional dealers using real physical equipment.

• Sharing your account with another person or allowing someone else to operate your account
• Harassing or threatening m999b staff or other users through the platform's communication channels

9. Account Suspension & Termination

m999b may suspend or close your account at any time if there is reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been breached, that fraud or illegal activity is occurring, or that your account poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the platform.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting m999b support. If your account has a positive PKR balance at the time of voluntary closure and all wagering requirements have been met, the remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

m999b may also close accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, subject to prior notification. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be held and returned upon request.

10. Responsible Gaming
